Turn walk-ins into regulars

A fade lasts two to four weeks, and then the customer is back in someone's chair. The question is whose. With a digital loyalty card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, every cut earns a stamp, even when the customer walks in off the street without booking. The card sits in their phone next to their bank cards, and there's no app to download.

Everyday problems Stampioo solves

Walk-ins you know nothing about

Someone who walks in without booking leaves no name and no number. He may have had ten cuts with you and you still can't reach him once. With a loyalty card he becomes someone you recognise and can get in touch with.

Customers pick the chair with the shortest queue

There's often another barber a block away. When the choice is made on the pavement, the shop that gives the customer a reason to come in wins. A half-full card is exactly that kind of reason.

Queues on Saturday, empty on Tuesday

The weekend fills itself, weekday mornings don't. With a direct channel to your customers, you can tell them there's a free chair right now.

Every tenth cut is on the house

Say a regular comes in every three weeks. A card with ten stamps then fills up in about six months, and the reward is a full cut. It's a setup everyone understands straight away: the barber scans the card when the customer pays, and after the tenth visit a free cut is waiting. A new card starts automatically.

Tip: to keep the cost down, make the reward a beard trim or a hot towel shave instead. It costs you less than a full cut and gives the customer a taste of a service many go on to pay for.

How it works in your barbershop

  1. Design your card

Logo, colours and stamp icon: the card looks like your shop, not a template.

  2. A QR code where customers wait

Put the code by the sofa or on the mirror. Time spent waiting becomes time to save the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

  3. Stamp from the chair

The barber scans the customer's card with their phone once the cut is paid for. One stamp per visit, done before the next customer sits down.

  4. Say when there's a free chair

A quiet morning or a new barber on the team: one message reaches every customer who saved your card.

Loyalty that builds your customer list

A barbershop with lots of walk-ins often has no customer list at all. Every customer who saves your loyalty card becomes someone you can reach again, and the list is always yours.

You choose what details are collected

When customers save the card, you can ask for an email address, phone number or birthday. Everything is optional. If you want the queue to move as fast as possible, you can skip most of it.

Your list, your channels

Export your customer list as a CSV file with the Pro plan and use it in your own email or SMS tools. The customer relationship belongs to the shop, not a platform.

Automatic wallet notifications

Customers get a notification in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet when a stamp lands and when the reward is unlocked. With the Pro plan, you can also send your own campaigns to everyone who saved the card.

Customers see exactly what they share when they join. All data is handled in accordance with GDPR.

Barbers ask us

No. The loyalty card is saved to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which are already on their phone. One scan of the QR code while they wait, and the card is in place.
Yes. Stampioo needs neither a booking system nor a POS integration. The customer shows the card on their phone, the barber scans it, and the stamp lands. It works the same for someone who booked and someone who just walked in.
With a rhythm of two to four weeks, a card with eight to ten stamps fills up in a few months, so the reward feels close. A longer card can take up to a year to fill, and then the reward feels distant even for a frequent customer. The number of stamps can't be changed once cards have been handed out, so decide before you start.
It's up to you. Simplest is one stamp per visit. If you want to reward customers who have both, the barber can add several stamps in the same scan. Write the rule in the terms on the back of the card so everyone on the team does the same.
Yes. Each person signs in with their own account and uses the scanner in the browser. How many team members are included depends on the plan you choose.
Nothing. The card and the stamps belong to your barbershop, not to an individual barber. The customer keeps everything he has collected, whoever cuts his hair next time.
A free cut after ten visits is the classic setup. A beard trim, a shave or a hair product after eight visits costs you less and works just as well as a reason to come back.
Yes, with the Pro plan. You can send up to ten campaigns a month straight to customers' lock screens, for example to say there are free chairs before lunch. There are no SMS costs.
Plans start at €29 per month excl. VAT, with unlimited customers and scans. The first month is free, and you don't need card details. Current prices are on the pricing page.
