Reward every session, not just the membership

A membership is rarely cancelled in a week the member trains. It's cancelled after the weeks they didn't come. With a digital loyalty card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, every session earns a stamp, and members can see how close they are to the next reward. It works just as well for members on direct debit as for drop-in and class customers, and nobody needs a new app.

Everyday problems Stampioo solves

Members who quietly stop coming

First it's one session a week, then none at all, and finally the cancellation arrives. A loyalty card makes every visit visible to the member and gives them a concrete reason to book the next session.

Drop-in and class customers who try once and disappear

Someone who buys a single yoga class or a trial session has nothing tying them to you in particular. With a card in their phone from the very first session, they have a reason to come back to you and not to the studio round the corner.

Half-empty classes in the middle of the day

Evening classes are full and lunchtime ones are sparse. With a direct channel to your customers, you can promote a quiet class or a new one without buying ads.

Ten sessions, bring a friend

Say a member trains two or three times a week. A card with ten stamps then fills up in about a month, so the reward feels close from the start. Reception or the instructor scans the card when the member arrives, and after the tenth session the reward is unlocked. A new card starts automatically.

Tip: let the reward bring in new customers. A guest pass for a friend costs you a place in a class that's running anyway, and the friend gets to try it out alongside someone who already enjoys training with you.

How it works at your gym

  1. Design your card

Logo, colours and reward: the card looks like your gym or studio.

  2. A QR code at the entrance or reception

Members scan the code while they wait for class or at check-in. The card is saved to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. No app needed.

  3. Stamp when the session starts

Reception, the instructor or the personal trainer scans the member's card with their phone. One stamp per session, done in a few seconds.

  4. Stay in touch between sessions

A new timetable, a free place in the lunchtime class, a January challenge: one message reaches every customer who saved the card.

Loyalty that builds your customer list

Many of the people who train with you sit in a booking system you don't control. Every customer who joins your loyalty programme becomes someone you can reach again yourself, and the list is always yours.

You choose what details are collected

When customers save your loyalty card, you can ask for an email address, phone number or birthday. Everything is optional, and you decide what suits your gym.

Your list, your channels

Export your customer list as a CSV file with the Pro plan and use it in your own email or SMS tools, for example ahead of a new term.

Automatic wallet notifications

Customers get a notification in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet when a stamp lands and when the reward is unlocked. With the Pro plan, you can also send your own campaigns to everyone who saved the card.

Customers see exactly what they share when they join. All data is handled in accordance with GDPR.

Gym owners ask us

No. The loyalty card is saved to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which are already on their phone. If you already have a booking app, your customers don't get yet another app to keep track of, just a card next to their bank cards.
No. A class pass at a gym is usually prepaid: the customer pays for, say, ten sessions in advance and uses them up. A loyalty card, what many people call a digital stamp card or punch card, costs the customer nothing. It counts visits and gives a reward when the card is full. It doesn't replace the passes or memberships you already sell. It works alongside them.
Yes, and that's where it does the most good. The member already pays every month, so the stamp rewards what you want to see more of: that they actually turn up and train.
A stamp is added when a member of staff scans the customer's card, and Stampioo doesn't connect to access control systems. That's why it works best where you meet the customer: at reception during staffed hours, in group classes or at PT sessions.
Yes. Each person on the team signs in with their own account and uses the scanner in the browser on a phone or tablet. How many team members are included depends on the plan you choose.
Something that strengthens the habit or brings in new customers: a guest pass for a friend, a shake from the bar, a session with a PT or a class you want more people to try. Avoid discounts on the membership fee. They lower the value of what the customer already pays for.
Yes, with the Pro plan. You can send a campaign to customers who haven't visited for 30–90 days, for example with a class you know they like. The message appears on the lock screen and costs nothing extra to send.
Yes. With the Pro plan, the same loyalty card can be used at up to five locations, and the statistics show how the programme is used at each site.
Plans start at €29 per month excl. VAT, with unlimited customers and scans. The first month is free, and you don't need card details. Current prices are on the pricing page.
