Give your regulars a loyalty programme of their own

In a gift shop, a clothes shop, a florist or a bookshop, the same customer might buy a €4 card one week and a €120 jacket the next. With a digital loyalty card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, you decide what earns a stamp, for example every purchase over a certain amount. The card lives in the customer's phone, works as a simple loyalty club and needs no app.

Everyday problems Stampioo solves

Spend varies wildly

If every purchase earns a stamp, you reward the greetings card as much as the gift. With one stamp per purchase over an amount you choose, or several stamps for a bigger purchase, the reward follows what the customer actually spends.

Customers who come a few times a year

Before Christmas, Mother's Day or when the new season's stock hits the rails. A paper card doesn't survive the months in between. A loyalty card in the phone does.

The chains have loyalty clubs, you have a till

The big chains have apps and membership schemes. With a loyalty card in the customer's phone, you can offer the same thing, without building an app and without the customer having to download anything.

One stamp per purchase from €20

Say your gift shop gives a stamp for every purchase of at least €20. After eight such purchases the customer has spent at least €160, and the reward is €15 to spend in the shop. Staff check the receipt, scan the customer's card and add the stamp. A new card starts automatically once the reward has been redeemed.

Tip: set the threshold close to your typical spend, not far above it. If it sits just above, it can even get the customer to add something small at the till. Our free reward calculator works out what the reward costs you.

How it works in your shop

  1. Design your card

Logo, colours and reward: the card looks like your shop.

  2. A QR code by the till

Put the code by the till, by the fitting room or on the bag. Customers save the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet while you wrap the gift.

  3. Stamp by the size of the purchase

Staff scan the customer's card and add a stamp, or several for a bigger purchase. Done in a few seconds.

  4. Say when something new comes in

New stock, a clearance sale or the week before Mother's Day: one message reaches every customer who saved the card.

Loyalty that builds your customer list

A shop without an online store rarely has any list of its customers. Every customer who saves your loyalty card becomes someone you can reach again, and the list is always yours.

You choose what details are collected

When customers save the card, you can ask for an email address, phone number or birthday. Everything is optional, and you decide what suits your shop.

Your list, your channels

Export your customer list as a CSV file with the Pro plan and use it in your own email or SMS tools, for example for a newsletter about new stock.

Birthdays and wallet notifications

Customers get automatic notifications in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for stamps and rewards. If you ask for a birthday, the Pro plan lets you send an offer to those with a birthday coming up.

Customers see exactly what they share when they join. All data is handled in accordance with GDPR.

Shop owners ask us

No. The loyalty card is saved to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which are already on their phone. One scan of the QR code, and the card is in place.
If you mostly sell items in the same price range, like a florist selling bouquets, one stamp per purchase works well. If spend varies a lot, as in a gift shop, one stamp per purchase over a threshold makes for a fairer stamp card and protects your margin.
Start from what a typical customer usually spends. A threshold close to that amount means most purchases earn a stamp, while small ones don't. The reward calculator among our free tools shows what the reward costs you.
Yes. Staff can add several stamps in the same scan, for example one stamp for every €20 or part thereof. Write the rule in the terms on the back of the card so the customer knows where they stand.
No. Stampioo works completely independently of the till. Staff see the amount on the receipt or at the till and add stamps with the scanner on a phone or tablet.
Fewer than at a café. If a customer shops with you a few times a year, five to eight stamps work better than ten, otherwise the reward feels too far away. The number of stamps can't be changed once cards have been handed out, so decide before you start.
An amount to spend, a smaller product or something extra like free gift wrapping or a bouquet. An amount is easy to understand, and a product from your range only costs you the purchase price.
Yes. With the Pro plan, the same loyalty card can be used at up to five locations, and the statistics show how the programme is used in each shop.
Plans start at €29 per month excl. VAT, with unlimited customers and scans. The first month is free, and you don't need card details. Current prices are on the pricing page.
