Printable loyalty card for nail salons
Nail clients come back on schedule, so the card can have a simple rule: one stamp per visit and nail art on the house when it's full. Print ten cards per sheet, free and with no account.
Keep it short enough to read on a card.

PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP, up to 5 MB. It stays in your browser.
Print sheet: ten cards on A4, crop marks in the margins. Choose 100 % scale and no margins in the print dialog.
The same design as an Apple Wallet or Google Wallet card.

Eight stamps for a steady rhythm
Gel and acrylics need an infill after three to four weeks, which makes nail clients some of the most predictable regulars there are. Eight stamps mean a client who comes every four weeks reaches the reward in about seven months. If most come every three weeks, you can go up to ten. Since the treatment is the same every time, the rule “one stamp per visit” is enough, with no minimum spend or exceptions.
Nail art costs minutes, not money
A little nail art, a glitter accent or a paraffin hand treatment takes a few minutes and a little material you already have at the table. It's a reward people can see, and clients love showing it off. A completely free infill is generous but takes a whole slot out of the diary. If you still want to give a treatment, offer half price on the ninth one, so the time is still partly paid for.
Keep the card at the nail table
With freshly painted nails, nobody wants to dig through their bag for a paper card, and a card handled with wet nails gets smudged. So keep clients' cards in a small box at the table, sorted by first name, and stamp when the client pays. That way nobody can stamp their own and no card goes missing. Use your own stamp and print the terms on the back: one stamp per visit, no cash alternative.
Print it, or let the phone carry the card
Print the sheet at 100% scale on thick, matt card and cut along the crop marks, or download the PNG or SVG for a print shop. Choose a nail stamp icon and a card colour that goes with the salon. When the box starts to fill up, or when you want to fill a cancelled slot, a loyalty card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet is the next step: the client doesn't need to touch the card, you stamp with your phone and you can send a message about a free slot.
